Providing the construction for the restaurant in an industrial style For the restaurant, its limitation was the small area of only 1 shop house, but it needed to have a coffee shop, a restaurant, a kitchen, and a reading space. We had to emphasize on the pipework and the continuous lines which consisted of delicate details in order to create the most effective usage of such small area.

PD House

Doing a Thai-style old house renovating project for a Taiwanese customer who would like to renovate the place for renting. The location was in the downtown. The building was demolished, the toilet was added, the balcony was annexed, and the electric and air-conditioning system for the whole building were fixed as well as blending them in with the interior decoration. The focus was on the contemporary style but also consisted of a sense of Thai-ness.

Amazon

'Providing shop designing for Cambodia’s first PTT’s Amazon café which is situated separately from the gas station. For this project, as the construction time was limited only to 90 days, the constructions of the three floors had to begin at the same time.

Lad Phrao House

Renovating the old townhouse which has been constructed for more than 20 years. Our team fixed the leaking roof work, the original floor work, the toilet, as well as the renovation of the bedroom, the walk-in closet dressing room, the living room and the kitchen. However, the house was built on a limited space, we have designed it to look similar to a 2-floor condominium room, corresponding to the rushing life-style of city lives.

Car Hotel

Providing the parking lot construction We created the clean and safe looking with unique design. It was a semi-warehouse work, but with the interior and façade wall details around the building. The materials were slim steel plates which helped reflecting the heat. Besides, it created the stylish look for the building and provided the most effective usage.

Life Bangkok Boulevard

Providing construction and design for a single house The area was managed and designed in the most proportional way regarding to the customer’s desire. We focused on the swift and simple construction which blended in with the original structure of the house.

Renovating the 2-story Thai house. The customer moved down to live on the first floor. Our team has renovated the house to be more modern but still keep the Thai uniqueness. The construction focused on getting the sunlight. The highlight was the mirror on the entrance side which was open to get the natural light and the wind. Therefore, the house is lightened and cool throughout the daytime and the night time

AngThong House

Providing housing construction for the elders’ nursing home. We have designed the open area surrounded by the gardening which is suitable for relaxing. We emphasized on the simplicity and the using of white color for the comfort feeling.
